Good suggestion, Sue. I went through a phase of buying lots of fat quarters but never really figured out what to do with them, so now I’m cutting them up into smaller strips to use for string quilts. I’ll see if I can find a couple of good patterns for you to try.

They are a very easy way to get your interest in quilting and encourage you to move on to projets that are harder.
