Hi Anne,

You&#039;re correct -- there is a raw edge on the front of the block. I make these blocks using a rotary cutting blade with a pinked edge, so the raw edge has a wavy, &quot;finished&quot; look. It looks good to me, but it may not be for you. C&#039;est la quilting!
