Sorry for the delay in responding. I’ve been in Santa Fe, soaking up the mountain light and looking at art. Our book, Quilts for Beginners, has a rail fence lap quilt pattern that gives you complete fabric requirements and shows you how to make the quilt, step by step. If you want to make a different size quilt or are a little more advanced, you can estimate fabric yardage and do other quilting math with the Quilter’s Little Helper quilting calculator from Robert Kaufman fabrics. You can get it for your phone from Google Play (Android), Apple, or Amazon. Hope that helps.
